1967 Topps Venezuelan Retirado

While poking around for Musials I found something I haven't seen before: Musial Retirado. From the guy's other auctions, I guess it's some sort of small set featuring retired greats. It doesn't appear in my SCD catalog from 1996. Can anyone shed some light on it, prices, checklist? The Musial looks pretty nice, the others are kind of beat, but I guess you take what you can get with this set.

It's part of the 1967 Topps Venezuelan set. They included a number of cards of retired players in it.

that card is in pretty good shape. most of hese were pasted into books and have considerable damage and paper loss to the back. there was a babe ruth in one of the large auctions recently but I don't remember which. it's a card that if you collect musial and want the card buy it since you might wait 10 years for another.
  • The 2004 Standard Card Catelog lists the Venezuelan Musial at $285 in NM. Therefore, the $100 asking price is quite fair. If you consider the rarity of Venezuelans, then the price is very fair.
