Getting a card out of it's holder

Does anyone know the best way to get a PSA graded card out of it's holder. I have a PSA 5 graded card and think I will do better selling it out of it's holder. Any suggestions?

Place the slab flat on a concrete surface,
then smash all around the outside of the plastic with a hammer.

It should pry right open.

personally I like to get a pair of needle-nosed pliers and break the edge off of one side and then stick a wide knife in and pry it open
