Buffalo 5c Rotated Reverses.....common error??

Is this a common error in the Buffalo 5c series? I noticied a couple of my 38d's have a 10-20% rotated reverse. Is this typical of the Buff's??

Rotated Buff reverses are fairly common ...

Yes, most dates have pieces which show some type of rotation but nothing to severe. Mint tolerence is 15° in either direction so most are not even considered real errors since they fall in that range.
