Toughest 1950s date in CAM among proof Jeffs. Coin in hand now. Great shot at CAM; the reverse frost is heavier than obverse and wonderous mirrors and strike. It would indeed be nice to make a second CAM of this date!

hey Randy

that's certainly a nice snag for the price wherever it grades. too often with 1956-58 Proofs the Cameo effect is nothing more than a difference in surface appearance between the fields and the devices. examples with truly frost covered portrait and building are tough to find. even yours seems to have breaks at the high points of the die, the cheekkbone-neckline-folds in the coat-deepest hairlines.

Yes, it is only a decent shot CAM, not a slam dunk ... reverse, of which I have no pix, is no-doubt CAM...
