1859 - O Half Dollar Variety

I have this half dollar minted in New Orleans in 1859, it might be an xf coin. but it's got something going on in the denticles below the 9 in the date.
I was wondering if this a known variety for misplaced dates. I don't have any reference books on liberty seated half dollars. Is it the WB-102 variety?
None of the other denticles have anything like it, front or back.

To me it looks as if another nine was in these two denticles, just the top of the nine.

This is not a variety listed in the Wiley-Bugert book. The 1859 has no hidden 9 variety but the 59-0 does. However the loop of the 9 coming out of the denticles would almost reach out and touch the bottom of the 9 in the date. It could always be another variety yet undiscovered. The WB list of varieties is always getting new members. One of my GJ's had a list of new varieties but cannot locate that right now.
