Grade is probably okay, but the eye-appeal is pure ugly

Cannot get the link to come up. But wholesale can be a range of plus or minus 50% around the stated bids. It always comes down to the particular coin. You can get a great coin for $225 under wholesale....but not usually. Either one's estimate of the coin's quality is off, the price guide is off, or the seller is looking to unload quickly. Lots of things affect what "wholesale" means. It's as nebulous as the grading is today.
