At war with myself......

I went out on mysaturday rounds today and found a 1884 Morgan that was to die for..... bit I sit and fight if this beauty will be body bagged or not. Here is why.....

Although she is perfection in many ways, but she has a "scar" on her cheek that looks just like where someone has had stiches taken out when you look at her under magnification. Beyond those stiches on her cheek, I cannot find a single problem with her. You do not even know the problem is there until you have it pointed out to you.

It would be a shame not to grade this lady.

She has not toned very much either, but she could of been dipped at some point long ago because she is toning now. But her details are so sickenly sweet that it feels like eating too much candy to look at her.

Let me Work with her a bit and see if I can get some good pictures.

  • Get some pics I am eager to see he beauty!
  • stiches?

    How about "tank treads"?

"stiches" sounds like reeding from another Morgan being forced onto this one. Look at the reeding of the Morgan, does the spacing match?
  • most likely.... morgans are not my thing...... I just thought this pair were beautiful..... here is one of them..... I still cant get the proper picture I want. The 1900 morgan has none, but here is the 1884..... What would all of you grade it as? I bought an 1884 and a 1900 for 28 bucks..... <shrug>
