How many feel that the 1999 Dolley Madison is a beautiful coin. I think it is, wish they hadn't made so many of them. Since Tiffany designed the coin do you think that will have any baring on it's future value.

I also think it is a beautiful coin. However, being designed by Tiffany will not affect its future value.

Maybe the mint should let Tiffany design more of their coins...then maybe we would be proud once again of quality designed coins. Tiffany knows how to play the positive and negative and uses a lot of design techniques that the mint doesn't even think of, and it makes for beautiful coins.

I sold mine on ebay a few months ago and regretted it. I knew it would never go anywhere pricewise, but it was just really nice looking.

I think it looks cool that way.Beutiful design and I hope the Mint will let her design more of our commemeratives or possibly even circulation coins.

I don't collect commems.. but I made an exception for the DM.. it is a wonderful coin and I am glad I have it.

It doesn't fit in my collection and I know the price is as lazy as a houndog under the porch, but I just don't care. Sometimes, collecting coins is really is just about the admiration of beauty.
