it is a 1990 A's Ball McGwire PSA/DNAwith 35 sigs
or so they say.... it is really hard to tell!

That appears to be a clean McGwire signature on that ball, on the bottom of the panel next to the Bobby Brown stamp. What an awful picture though! It'd almost be worth buying to resell with a better pic if that sort of thing is your bag.
