Remeber my thread about me cherrypicking a 72-P type II Ike of the bay of E for 2 bucks? Well, I got it today and here are the images I took of it

Very nice. I would grade it as MS62 or AU58. The pics on eBay sort of showed rubbing, but your do not. So, if there is no rub, then I say MS62.

Typical Ike, with battered fields but overall a good coin. Ike's and Frankie's are interesting to collect in Gem given their wide open fields

GREAT JOB!!

I just got one back that I found in a roll....(Only the 2nd one I have ever "found")
It came back a 63. Check my thread on "Clad Ike grades" to see the rest of the batch.

Thanks...Oh yeah Mass...remember I told you about that roll of 72-P I bought that doctor had stashed away 30 years ago? Not a type II in the bunch.

Still looks like a type 1. Type 2 should have no islands in the carribean. Type 1 has islands to right of Florida and your coin still appears to have islands there.
