When I've called PCGS Customer Service and asked about status, I've been told very specifically that the 65 days for Economy are Business days. If you're saying its calendar days, then there appears to be a disconnect with PCGS Customer Service (I've spoken to 2 differentreps with both supplying the same answer......).

The posted turn around for economy submissions is expressed in calendar days...currently about 90 days.
