Help with PSA standard's grading 80's OPC

Hey guys.
I've noticed on ebay lately a number of PSA 10 commons commanding large sums of money (100+) and I'm just curious as to what standards a 10 might have (I know they are darn near perfect). Does centering have to be 50/50, or is 53/47 close enough (will they qualify that)? What about when the picture is slightly uneven (borders are thicker at the top of one side and the bottom of the other)? As well, I know this discussion has come up before, but what about edges? Can a card that is perfectly centered with 4 razor sharp corners with 1 rough edge get a 10? I know there are a number of you who collect 80's OPC hockey, just wondering if it's worth sending in some commons that are pretty incredible (pulled out maybe 20 cards from about 1500)?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jay

Anyone else that has an opinion on this please come forth because as a Canadian it costs roughly $16.00 per card to go through Platinum Promotions in Nova Scotia. I really want to know what centering can be like to make this worth my while! I don't want the cards to come back 8's for that price.

Oh well, I wish I saved those or something, I don't think I can save completed auctions to my ebay though.

One of my Internet buddies (tiburon14, who lives in Vancouver) just sent me about a dozen or so vintage cards that I'm going to submit for him on my next vintage invoice. We're splitting shipping to and from PSA and he included enough for me to ship the cards back to him via Registered mail. As long as we don't hit a snag with customs, it should be a good arrangement for him.
traditional OPC rough cut on one or two sides.....and I have maybe 1 or 2 of them in PSA 10 grade with no rought cut at all....
They are very hard to find without the rough cut, but if you pulled them from packs yourself, it is worth the cost of grading.
Best,
Ray
Thanks for all the help. Like I said when I looked again I realized that it was only the 82-83's that were going big, there must have been a run or something, not sure. I might take a chance with a little order, maybe 20 cards, as I'm half way through a 5000 count box of late 70's/80's commons and I've pulled out MAYBE 15-20 cards that are 50/50 with no rough cuts--unreal. I even went through one of my 82-83 sets thinking all this time that my set was mint--I can't beleive all the off-centered cards there are--90% of them. I guess I never used to give it much thought, I just wanted sharp corners but OMG, OPC's are brutal!
Yawnie, thanks for that advice, but you hit the nail right on the head with what you said about customs--if I go through the guy in Nova Scotia it is 100% guaranteed I won't have to pay any taxes or duties as the cards go back through him and he re-sends them to me. I worry far too much about doing it myself and a custom's officer opening the package and putting his own price on it (which has happened to me too many times before with other items.)
Goodriddance, I will let you know if I get some 9's, I just really want some 10's!!!
