I bought 3 raw 1961 hi # singles recently that were listed as "mint" (or no worse than nr mt/mt) and when I received them, they were vg-ex. The photos were obviously enhanced to square the corners, increase border whiteness, etc. I returned the cards and he sent them back to me w/o comment. He will not refund my payment. He sells under the EBAY ID of sandlot411.
Any input from Board members is appreciated. Thanks.

Wow here are a couple of Jim Dandies..Hubcap has the cards in his possession ..I cannot refund the money when he has the cards and highend got a refund..ok
Im sorry you went to a public venue..Like I told ya in the email..when I get cards back..I will send your money back..Right now you have the cards..How can I refund ya? the other got his money back..so what is the problem?
Why are you changing your tune now and waffling on the other thread..You didnt think I would show up here did ya?
Scott
p.s. One question for ya did you get your refund? or should I post the paypal receipt?? So if you got your refund why all the BS in several threads?
It is not BS you got a refund..please answer
Also, there have been several instances in the past where a seller's integrity has been questioned, only to have the seller come on here and defend himself. Many of the disputes in queston were resolved here, and the overwhelming majority of the sellers conducted themselves in a calm and forthright manner. You, sir, have not. If you had, I'd have said hey, maybe I'll buy some items from him and see for myself - something I've done in the past from sellers who have impressed me here. Now, there's no chance. Your open hostility leads me (and probably everyone else who reads this thread) to wonder if dealing with you is worth it. I'll never find out. Might indeed be my loss, but it's one I'll live with.
When in highend got his refund and Hubcap has the cards..Wow how come Im the bad guy here? i did nothing wrong
The obvious questions which have not been anaswered here are:
1. Did it actually take 56 days to refund the purchase price of the card?
2. If so, why did it take 56 days?
3. Is it true you didn't refund the purchase price until after "litigation proceedings" through square trade were initiated?
4. Did you actually withold a "restocking fee" without notifying the purchaser of the fee?
Your answers to these questions will help me and others who read these boards decide if we would consider doing business with you in the future.
