What does the future hold for PCGS turnaround times and how big of an issue is it?

I have been a member of PCGS for about 4 years now. I can say that my experiences have been mostly good. But in the past year or so PCGS turnaround times have gotten slower and slower. Am I just too impatient? For some of us waiting 2-3 months for our grades isn't a concern. But for others (like me) we have to sell our coins in order to get more coins graded and keep the cycle going. Thus a 90 day turnaround time is a big issue. It seriously hurts our business and can freeze up our money.
One would think that a company as large and experienced as PCGS would be able to handle the larger volume of business that it is now experiencing. How hard can it be to hire some more graders? PCGS is only hurting its self with these of the chart turnaround times. They would get much more business if turnaround time were what they used to be. What is PCGS doing right now to combat this issue? I haven't gotten a straight answer out of them yet and am a little worried about it. What is your input?
