Firstly, please edit your post and rewrite your question with proper grammar. It will make it easier to read instead of ALL CAPS. Also, some folks get offended when one types in ALL CAPS. It has the appearance of YELLING.

Secondly, to answer your question, I do not know much about the Jefferson series, however, NGC does award MS/PF 70 coins allot more often than does PCGS for the quantity submitted to them. If you have one in an NGC holder, it will sell at a significant discount compared to a PCGS MS/PR 70 coin.
