What do you think of these two auctions on ebay?

While searching around for realized prices on artificially toned anacs dollars, I stumbled upon these two...

While the picture clearly show the whole holder, including where it says ARTIFICIALLY TONED...however the seller makes no mention of this and just states, "certified MS60 by ANACS."

A dealer friend told me a story about a friend of his that bought a couple of proof Morgans ~PF62, toned them and sent them in to ANACS. Came back ~PF65. This friend of his got greedy and toned about 10 more, sent them in to ANACS again, and they all returned as artificial. I guess ANACS got wise to the scheme. Maybe the proof was one of those in the story.
  • At least he did show the whole slab. He could have just said ANACS graded MS-60 and only shown the coin.
