I joined the PCGS Collector's Club. They sent the 2004 Eagle, but nothing else yet...

Does anyone know how long it should be before I receive the new members packet with the submission form in it? I joined about a month ago.

Thanks,

Dan

  • As I recall, there were several installments over several weeks.
Don't know why, they could have saved money with one package.
Just take it as a sign of frustrations to come.

When I renewed last year, I got my info packet first then about 2 weeks later I got the coin in the mail.
PCGS Currency: HOF 2013, Best Low Ball Set 2009-2014, 2016, 2018. Appreciation Award 2015, Best Showcase 2018, Numerous others.
  • I renewed on Feb 2.

Received submission package around Feb 13.

Received ASE (a very nice MS69) on Feb 17.

Still don't have access to the pop reports...grrrr

  • I just joined this month. I got both the coin and the submission pack with the forms on the same day. Looking at the other replies, they made a mistake by sending me everything at one time. I hope you get yours soon.....

If this is the biggest problem you experience, consider yourself fortunate. If it truly concerns you call the customer service 800 #.image

I renewed before Christmas and still haven't received my packet yet.
  • I got mine all at once. They're so backed up, it's infecting every facet of their business...image
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?
  • If you have your member number, download the forms from the site and submit your coins. All of the info is on-line for submission, including coin numbers. The 2 X 2's are the only exception.

I ordered my Gold Upgrade on 02/11/04 and received the kit today, minus the PCGS MS69 SAE, which is of little consequence to me.
Using the online forms means that you forego the free submissions that you are given when you join as a Gold or Platinum member.
  • Sometimes there is a delay on the coins so the packet is sent first followed by the coin.
We always attempt to send the coin and the package together.

For those that stated they didn't get the package or coin, please call and ask for someone in memberships.
If you are having trouble accessing the online, call customer service, it could have been a glitch or you may have two accounts and that will interfere with the login.

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your package 7-10 business days after you have joined.

When in doubt, or when experiencing problems, don't hesitate to call customer service.

  • I joined the 9th or 10th and am waiting for the package still. I will be patient as I just got my 2003 silver proof set yesterday from the mint.
How do they ship the package, mail or UPS?

Also after calling the 800 number, I was able to get help getting into the pop report.

I got everything BUT the SAE! Last year I didn't get one either!
