I received this notice in the mail today from -United States district court Southern district of New York

In re excess value insurance coverage litigation

This document relates to all actions.

All Persons and Entities in the United States who purchased insurance ( also called Declared value coverage)
for a package shipped Via United Parcel service from 1984 to present,a proposed class action settlement may affect your legal rights and is given pursuant to federal rule civil procedure 23.

This is not a lawsuit against you,you are not being sued and are not required to respond this notice in any way.
