Errors on submission forms

Mr. Hall,
I've been told that anytime there is an error on submission forms it delays the turnaround time. If this is the case, would it be possible for the error to be highlighted or circled so that the error is not mistakenly repeated by the submitter (me).

If you have been told there was an error on your submission form you can customer service and they can explain it to you.
We do not have the time or staff to highlight every mistake.
