scanning cards?

Is it dumb to scan 9 cards at a time. Does it hurt your sale value of a card?

Just crop and trim in your photo software and upload them seperately. It'll add seconds to the process and make bidders happy.

Nine is too many, but I do not necessarilly object to the idea of including more than one card in the scan if the cards are relatively inexpensive. I find that this is actually effective marketing if the cards are remotely related. I think four cards to a scan is not bad.

If your using the scan for an auction, as long as the picture isn't too big to load, I don't see anything wrong
with scanning more then one card at a time. There has been many times I'm looking thru auctions, see someones
and when the scan comes up, see another card they are selling that I'm interested in too. I would have passed
that up if I didn't see the other cards in the picture. But I'm on dial-up, which is all that is available here, and if
the pictures are really large and take time to load, I might pass it up.

I usually scan 4 cards if I'm listing commons. For star cards, I do 1 card per scan. It helps the price!
