A bazzillion dollars. Then I would send it to PCGS saying it's only a 69 and get my money back

let me try to explain in a different way:
i have a morgan dollar, 1883 S graded ms65 by pcgs
somebody wants to buy it and offers me 3000 $.
pcgs priceguide has it for 30000$ and i decline the offer.
i have a 1995 W silver eagle in pr70 deep cameo.
price for this range from 3250 $ in pr69dcam to a higher price that i honestly don't know.
would you ever make an offer higher than the pr69 grade?
no i don't have pictures...
mine is only an example( coin will arrive at the end of this week!!!!)....just to know what do you think could be worth having a coin like this.
i'm new to collecting coins and i'm trying to understand this world!!!
collecting, investing....you know how is right?
Since there is still only one in the populations, I suppose he can ask what ever he wants. I think that coin was offered at one time here on the boards. Don't remember what the price was though. I would have to think at least double or more over the cost of a PR69DCAM? Probably more?
With a mintage of around 35,000? and with other collectors holding on to the complete sets, I don't think you will run into to a lot of PCGS 70's for this date anytime soon. imho

Then again, its not a coin I'd pay a premium for. It'd be nice to have, but not a burning desire to pay that kind of money for. Personnally, I don't think they are worth over $500 - 1,000.
