Strike through 1943 cent

What do you think of this one? The 19 in the date is barely there and there is a depression above the date. It looks as if a cloth was on the blank when struck.

Very cool, but if it were struck through, wouldn't the area affected be incused?

Or am I not looking at the pic right?

The area above the date is "dented in" which I think you could call incuse.
