    Are the MS field ever found in Prooflike condition . This is toned, but under the toning those fields look proof..... being totally unfamiliar with the coin,,,, I would say impaired circ. proof.

    Check the rim to determine if it is a proof. Likely not one given the P/L striking seen on the silver that year. The rim should have milled edges that are very sharp with no bevelling.
