Question for Error Experts,,,Rotated Reverse IKE Dollar

I have a raw 1976-S Silver Ike Dollar with a reverse rotated approx 130 degrees. I estimate it to grade MS67 when slabbed. My question is "How rare is this coin and what is it worth?"

Any info would be appreciated.
