Toppsgun Icon theory

I have noticed several complaints regarding Toppsguns "unusual" icon. To put a registry spin on this, I think I have an idea of exactly WHO this person is. I firmly believe this is the kid that Pepe Frias "pimp- slapped" and subsequently got put in the big house for a couple of years. I will attempt a link explaining this for the Pepe Frias challenged.     It's from the days of Wentz. Doesn't he get royalties everytime that creation of his is posted?

    The icon was used for some time by a guy named Coc kney on the Open forum. They made him change it, and I'm surprised they didn't just take it off of the server.

    Toppsgun's new icon is a 1/1. I think a lot of you are just jealous because you share icons with others. image

    Though, the "Frias conspiracy theory" is also a viable explanation.
