Anybody delt with Island Coins?

Good or Bad experience? Prices seem high but they have some coins that I am interested in. Please help if you know anything about them.
Thanks,
Aaron

  • FWIW, I bought a couple of coins from an Island Coins a while back. I bought more than one and got a reasonable deal through negotiation. No problems with my transaction.

I sold them a coin in person at a show a few months ago--very friendly person at their end, with a lot of nice stuff... there was some artificial stuff in PCI gold holders, though.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are half a dozen "Island Coins" in the country.

    Here's another. Very reputable.

yes there are several...the Island you guys are refer to is Gary Mugno in Long Island....nice guy and fairly new as a dealer ..however not to be confused with John Haddawai in MD who has been around since the early 80's....there are probably a few others but thats all that come to mind...

( hey JEREMY, those PCI golds all crossed at NGC and were sold. Great guy to deal with, white coins- toned coins in everybodys price range, website probably lists 10% of stock,, use toll frr line and CALL)
