'63 Topps Clemente PSA 8....$200.00 under SMR?

Just wanted to get some opinions on this card. I just purchased it off ebay for over 200.00 less
than SMR. I'm not an expert on this set at all, but know it is a tough issue. The item # is
2786698178. I don't know how to link it. The centering is a little off left to right, but not bad.
What do you think? Comments please.

    It's probably due to the centering, which should probably have an "O/C" qualifier that you got the card for such a low price. It looks like you got a really good deal, all in all.image

    I saw that card...and had some questions regarding the centering...(a bad picture did not help). I hope it turns out okay for you.

    The '63 Clemente is the 2nd highest pop card in the set in 8 (after Rose). Prices have softenend considerably. I've seen a high end 7 go for $270 in late 2001 to $225 recently on ebay.

    Others are right, though. The scan didn't help in this case. You may have done quite well due to the seller's choice of scan angle.

    I completely agree about the angle of the scan...who knows? The centering might not be that bad. Seems like you might have gotten a nice deal on this card, even considering the pop report on it.
