    Snow in North Carolina how nice. I saw snow in Mississippi once, but it didn't stick.

    Yes, and it won't melt either; there's a possibility of more this week. I'm an avid cyclist, and the snow has kept me in the house and on my trainer.

    It snowed the second week of January here. That snow, and subsequent snow falls are still on the ground. We didn't have a January thaw this year. Haven't seen the grass in 6 weeks.
