do not by from a seylevel (EBAY ID ) on ebay

i bought 2 coins ( a 2000-d nh pcgs ms66 state quarter and a 2001-p ky pcgs flag ms67 state quarter) from the above mentioned seller on ebay and he or she was asking $3.25 shipped per coin so when the auctions were over i e-mailed her about combined shipping and paypal(she did not advertise paypal on the auctions) he or she said that was fine and sent me his-her paypal id so i sent them a paypal payment and they refused it and e-mailed me and said i would have to cover their paypal fees i said fine and sent another paypal payment and they refused it and now want to raise the price . i e-mailed them and told them i would not pay and now they want to turn me over for non-paying bidder . i have contacted ebay but they will not do anything about since i did not keep the e-mails the person sent to me and it looks like i am going to get a non-payiong -bidder alert and i am not going to be able to get a ky flag pcgs ms67 quarter that i have been looking for for some time now .

  • Check your deleted email files. If you have Outlook Express,
you should have a category for it.
    Good Luck.

  • i have juno and it is crap , once you delete a message it deletes it .
  • Why don't you try to get copies of the PayPal transactions that you sent,
but were refused, or not accepted.
Check your transaction history through PayPal.

  • seylevel is notorious for bait and switch ~ you see a nice flawless MS69 ASE and you get the most heavily milk spotted dog you ever did see

sorry to hear of your troubles
  • I just won a couple of seylevels auctions and said I would order a couple of other coins. Four coins and they want to charge me $6.50 plus $3.20 insurance four four coins. I don't mind paying the s/i of $9.70, but is anyone aware of them baiting and switching as I thought I read in the thread?
