    well I am no expert on these but it looks like a proof with no cameo and I think that is about as accurate as anyone can be with those pictures. mike image

    Looks like a proof to me, like the cheesehead said no cameo. check for hairlines, if there are none it's a nice coin. How much did you pay???
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    I just sold a 62 Frankie proof that look just like this. It is indeed a proof coin without a cameo but with nice full bell lines and nice strike from what I can see in your image. I agree, check that puppy for those nasty little hairlines. If there is none you've got a darn nice looking coin there Ma' lady!!!image

    Obvious proof....... and a nice looking one....

    too hard to grade without a proper physical examination for hairlines.........
