New toned Half dime

Got this in the mail today. Ordered it on thursday delivered today. That's service. I like the toning. The obv more so than the rev.

Plastic says MS64. The only problem I see is a flat spot in the wreath on the rev. Semi PL on the obv.

Plastic seems a bit high. From the pic which may be deceiving: Tics, warts, rub and strike.
