What would you grade, or NET-Grade this at?

It looks like it might be AT, not sure about that, and it also looks to be cleaned. At least that is what the the label says. I don't see any hairlines, but that could be concealed by the AT?

It appears to be harshly cleaned, or SCRUBBED in this case, giving it a net of AU. The toning's unlike anything I've ever seen. B BAGGED if sent to PCGS

I would stay T O T A L L Y away from this coin! Without seeing the coin, in my hands, I'd say the coin was in a fire at one time, harshly cleaned and then they tried to retone it. I also don't like the looks of the rims, they might have been worked. I'd bag it for being damaged.
