Submission Questions

I've got 3 basic questions on submissions to PSA:

1. Is there a premium charged for grading issues such as Kahn's and 1974 Topps Deckle?

2. Will they grade Hostess panels?

3. I'm going to be using the Feb collector's club special. I have a voucher for a free grading from
December at the regular level. I'm sure I need a separate invoice for the service level, but can I:

A. Send it in the same box?
B. Have it all returned on one shipping fee?

    Here are answers:
    1) no extra fees on those.

    2) not if they are still in panels.
    IF they are hand cut from a sheet it
    will depend on how they are cut.

    3) you will have to use a seperate invoice for the freebie
    but it can be SENT in the same box with other invoices...
    HOWEVER they Will NOT combine return shipping!
    you will need to (on the invoice) figure the shipping for that
    one freebie card's return. - No execpetions.
