LINKY-POO
We were clearly talking about the coin photography. There are many threads that talk about coin photography and eBay on the U.S. Coin forum that are not moved to the Buy, Sell Trade Coin forum.
THIS MADE NO SENSE TO ME!

I moved it on accont of the link. More and more people are sneaking in links or the actual auction of their coin(s) on the coin forum. Although I feel that it was not really intentional in this case as the poster is a regular and the subject was pretty much about the photography (which was superb IMHO), it still crossed the line and I did receive a complaint which I had to act upon. Had the seller not been the thread's author, then it would have remained.
There have been a few threads that have been circumventing the rules by guys posting a pic of a decent coin with a "guess the grade" title, only to have that coin linked to an ebay auction/BIN deal.
Once the dam has a crack, the flood waters follow. Let's try to keep the coin board about coins.

Maybe I am thick, but you moved the thread because the seller was the thread's author? The seller of these coins had nothing to do with the thread being posted. What am I am missing here?

That's a "commie" for ya!
Most of the auction pics are of errors/varieties that Lakes finds interesting, so he shared them. The very few people here who share that interest also check Ebay on a regular basis so I won't hold my breath waiting for a flood of bids to come in!
