personized icon - help please

How do I upload a pic of my coin to use as a personal icon??? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

    Unfortunely, the oppertunity to do so has been disabled.image It`s allowed on the 15th of every month with the exception that it ends up on a weekend. When that happens, it`s enabled the preceding Friday. The size allowed is no more then 100 by 100 pixels and no more then 10kb. When allowed, you can upload it through the " profile " function in the upper right hand section below the " navigation " bar. When it is enabled, which it currently isn`t enabled, you`ll be able to upload your personized icon by using an upload function that`s located below the " Select the author icon you wish to use: " and above the " upload profile " button.
