WIWAG Card 1950 Bowman

Hello folks,
Somehow I missed this whole WIWAG fraud that happened over a year ago (blame it on being in Canada), but I purchased a card back in January of 2002 just before the fiasco started. I purchased one card from them in total (a common) that I would like everyones advice on. The case seems to have a few white areas along the border, but I still feel the card is of decent quality. Does anyone know if I can still submit cards to PSA for the WIWAG issue? Tell me what you think.....

Your Chapman looks like a straight 7 to me. The picture got a litle blurry when I blew it up but it looks like a nice card whose centering has relegated it to being a 7.
