Hello everyone,
I hope this to be a quick question that gets answered as quickly as it dies...
What magnification do you typically use when searching for double die strikes? Are they usually visible to the naked eye?
Thanks,
Matt

What source(s) would you recommend to help someone identify doubling in modern coins (pocket change and current bank rolls)?
THANKS!!

More likely you WILL find machine doubling in pocket change. Machine or strike doubling is much more common
than a true doubled die coin.
See Cherrypickers guide for futher help in this area.
