Okay, thanks for your guesses! The reverse is fully PL under the toning...the obverse is satiny. I think it is a technical 66, but what do I know...I'm just a janitor in my day job!

uofa1285, I looked at your site. I'm not into so called toned coins even if NGC has slabbed it. I caught that 1987 all green lincoln. No way could that happen NATURALLY in 17 years. Your coins look beautiful, but so do the colorized state quarters. JMHO.

Thanks for your opinions. I just like collecting nice coins. I am not trying to sell any on the open forum...just sharing ones that I think others might like to see.

Try the BUY, SELL, & TRADE forum for this stuff. There has been a long standing gentleman's agreement on this forum not to do these types of threads you have been doing to gain exposure for your ebay auctions. mike

Mike, with all due respect, I see nothing in uofa's post offering this coin for sale. His post asks us to guess the grade, that's all, you've gone to his website, noted that it's listed and informed us of the ebay listing - that's certainly your perogative, but uofa didn't mention it was for sale & therefore his post is certainly not a solicitation to sell a coin. I've noticed others have posted pictures of coins that are offered for sale where there is no mention of the sale, and no complaints have been registered. Lighten up - it's a nice coin, I enjoyed looking at it and now that I know it's for sale (thanks to you "outing" this coin), maybe I'll bid on it, but NOT because of any offer to sell that was posted by uofa1285 on these boards. If you don't want people to know it's for sale - don't complain about it on this forum.
