Have you ever seen a fully struck 1921 Peace Dollar?

I've looked for years for a much better struck 1921 Peace dollar. I need some input to gauge if I'm being too picky. I see too many with too much weakness in the hair for my taste.

    They are rare, but they do exist. I have seen a few over the years, but I haven't seen one recently.
