Use NCS at what point?

I have an 1882-CC Morgan in original GSA holder that maybe is an MS-64. It has a very small greyish dot on the obverse. Do you think this coin is worth sending to NCS to see if they can remove the spot?

If it were me, I'd leave it as is. In order for NCS to conserve it, they'd have to crack it out of the holder. It would likely then have less value, even with the spot removed.
