How to submit coins to PCGS

I am getting ready for my first PCGS submission. I have the correct flips but I have a question about the flips. Do you fold the flip over so the coin does not fall out? Do you staple the flip closed? Do you tape it closed so the the coin does not get hit by a staple?

    No staples, just fold it over.

    your suppose to use a sticker label to write down the submission number and the PCGs coin number, I buy mine at Wallgreens...

    I fold the flip over and use this sticker label to seal it shut...
