Darkside secret sins

What coins do you collect that you feel a bit ashamed of?
After staying away for months, I feel drawn back toward RCM issues of the past 20 years. I know that some of them are still depreciating and don't celebrate the most important things (e.g. MacIntosh apples), but I still want to get a complete set of Canadian silver dollars. I also like all the frivilous packaging.

any darkside coins. Sometimes it doesn't seem right to pick up rare regular issue
coins for a few dollars but it's the seller and the market at fault.
I don't often mention that I like many of the Franklin mint coins. Many of these were
made more for cash generation than any legitimate needs, but they can be attractive
and most are very well made.

Would it offend anyone to question the validity of a "90th anniversary of the 1911 silver dollar" dollar or a 10th anniversary coin celebrating the loon dollar?

<< <i>There's no reason to be ashamed of collecting important circulated type coins like that, but collecting $8 Canadian silver coins is kind of kinky. >>
It's not so much the coin that makes me feel silly, it's the plastic that surrounds it!

Why? Without the plastic, no one would know what grade it is!

worry about if they'll be worth something someday, just buy for my enjoyment. My husband is always wondering if we can make a profit on any of my
coins.
Don't tell him about your RCM purchases!
