Thanks,

There could be die varieties in just about any roll you open. Collectors are far from having discovered all that exists out there. Nevertheless, here are some of the known key points to look for...

1980P - strong doubled die obverse, high visibility (5X), rare, value $50-$100 in BU.
1980D&S - wide spread (to the north) S on a 1980D cent. Weak visibility but rare, value $100-$200 in BU.
1981D&S - Rumor has it one exists, I have never seen proof of it.
1982P - strong doubled die obverse, mainly visible in the motto. Moderate visibility, uncommon, value $25-$50 in BU.
1982P - moderate extra thickness doubled die obverse, most visible in the motto. Uncommon, Value $10-$15 in BU.
1983P - a number of different DDOs, most are moderately visible, uncommon to scarce, value range $15-$75 in BU.
1983P - very strong doubled die reverse, very high visibility, scarce, value $150-$400 in BU.
1983P - moderate to strong doubled die reverse, high visibility, very rare, value $75-$200 in BU.

That just scratches the surface with some of the more major ones. There are others not mentioned here.
