Move that decimal point one notch to the left ($149.50), and you have a fair price.

FR is for Fair 02 which is a step up from PO01, Poor 01.
and you thought AG3 was the lowest.....

What does semi worn mean. Ether something is worn or it is MS.
Now If the seller said,"WORN OUT", that would be acceptable.

If half the metal in the coin is worn away, it's "semi-worn"... so I think this one qualifies!
