First... Did PCGS give a 2002 Collectors Club Edition for that year

Second... If so, does anyone have one they would like to sell or swap ???

    I am pretty sure that PCGS issued those. Have you tried calling them to see if they have any stahed away anywhere? Ask David Hall if he has access to any. Ask him if maybe they can make one for you?
