PSA/DNA Autograph Question

I am interested in bidding on an autographed item listed on Ebay right now and the seller indicated to me that it was just authenticated by PSA/DNA serial # b59300. Can anyone help me out as how to find out if this is legit? Is there anywhere that I can put in this number and confirm that it is indeed registered to this item? Any/all suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

    they recently dropped their fees considerably which now makes them a viable option for the average collector. many are just now $20
