Strange activity on 73 T Schmidt PSA 7

I noticed this little bit of bidding and am curious what the seller responds with.

Here's the situation:

1. 73 T Schmidt PSA 7 (cert. 30113153) sells on 10/30/03 for $149.99 to 'clowse' - jerseyjeannie is the seller.
2. clowse puts the card on sale and it ends up in morrisio73's hands for $111.50 on 12/14/03. Feedback is left by the buyer.
3. Now the exact same card is up for sale by clowse (same cert number in the scan - which btw, is taken from a different angle than the earlier auction, which seems strange to me that he/she would do that).

I've sent an email to the seller asking if this is the exact card I'm going to get if I win.
I just happened to notice it since I usually check out sellers with low feedback before I bid. Just seems a little fishy to me...

Current auction
Previous auction by the same seller. Notice the different scans. Strange?

It is an easy enough card to find that I would advise avoiding any questionable sellers -- especially when the price is as high as it already is.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • They must have a network of people that bid and then "clowse", (who I assume is the owner of the card), puts it back up for sale until they get an inflated price paid by someone else. I would report them to Ebay.
