The full bands are there, just not listed. I guess PCGS just forgot on this on. Wait a minute, I bet they forgot http://cgi.aol.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2224499228&category=41092that on my 16-D AU55 also.

    I have a 39-D with FBL that isn't listed on the holder.

    It was slabbed before the designation was added by PCGS so I'll be resubmitting it

    Maybe they are there, but a better photo of the bands would help the seller.

    Good thing the seller did not say, they forgot to put it on the slab. Man the cost would have sky rocketed. image

    You need a better photo to help the buyer,I cant tell from squat if it's full or not.
