Need help on this canadian dime.

Are all 1943 dimes stuck 180 degrees out of rotation with their obverse? i.e, the opposite of american and most other coins?

Yes, they're all like this. Lots of world coins have this orientation!

Only the pre 1908 silver coins had a coin alignment. All of the other are medal alignment.
