The top one is written in Hebrew, so it would be Israeli. The middle one is from France's Central African States; it was a currency issued for the common benefit of several of its colonies. The last one I'm not sure of without digging into Krause, but I think it might be Moroccan or Algerian.

The top one is an Israeli 5 prutot, a type made from 1949-about 1960. The second is 25 CFA francs from 1976 -- the CFA was a monetary union of former French colonies in West Africa. The third is a 1960 100 milliemes from Tunisia.
